Mlik with more calcium, biscuits enriched with fibre,margarine made with oils that reduce cholesterol - these type of healthy food have increased a lot in marketing to boost our wellbeing.The government definition of healthy food is : Food with nutritional proteins, that contain additional benefeit that support better life. In developed societies it converts illness to obesity and bad nutrition like innecessary proteins. Doctors says that these products are not good for daily use to certain type of people like pregnant women or small babies, and society sais "Howwever, as people do not folow balanced diet, health foods can be useful or even advisable though they should never be used to compensate for poor eating habits". Don't use ineccessary food to contiune you're life in balance.
